This beautifully landscaped park sits between Tower Bridge and City Hall, providing one of the few remaining green, open spaces along the riverside. The park also has WIFI for using a laptop.

The Old Operating Theatre Museum and Herb Garret

If gory history is your thing, then this is definately worth a visit. Hidden in the roof of a church, the 300 year old herb garret houses Britain's only surviving 19th century operating theatre. www.thegarret.org.uk

The Monument

Get a great view across the city from the new viewing cage at Sir Christopher Wren's flame topped Monument to the Great Fire of 1666, the tallest isolated stone column in the world.

Where is the best place to go for a run in London?

I personally like the Thames path / trail or any of the parks. Greenwich and Hyde park are great!
